We enjoyed a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and the staff was attentive to our needs in this hotel. the sauna, swimming pool, and steam room were exceptional and we spent hours enjoying the heated swimming pool and sun loungers. the location advantages provided us easy access to leisure/TV room, and the restaurant offered a wide range of special diet menus to suit our needs.

We did have a minor issue where we were made to wait until 6:00 pm to enter our room, and incurred a full day's charge. the reason given was that the cleaners were busy.
